Funding & Utilisation The page wasn’t broken. The number underneath it was. Ledger shipped on both platforms. Utilisation in build. 12 min read → Multi-Agency Platform Not a functionality problem — two competitors had to trust one platform. ~2,200 clients adopted, against a launch target of three. 8 min read → Worker Reviews Not awareness — effort, anonymity, and fear of the consequences. 62% more reviews in month one, against a 30% target. 9 min read → Founder’s Dashboard Not navigation — process and permissions were blocking founders.
